We will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your goals, but sometimes it is best to have a few simple things written down so that we both know what is what. In this contract you won’t find complicated legal terms or large passages of unreadable text. We have no desire to force you into signing something that you might later regret. We do want what’s best for the safety of both parties, now and in the future.
We are extremely proud of our online directory. We are interested in a long, working relationship with suppliers. To help ease any initial worries, we offer the following guarantee. We guarantee that we will stick to the arranged time frame, agreed conditions and set desires.
Supplier name, agree to work with The Wedding Guide with the end goal you advertising on our website. The guidelines outlined in this document will provide a clear list of duties expected from you.
As a supplier, you have the power and ability to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organisation. You agree to provide us with everything that we need to complete the project on time including text, images and other information as and when we need it, and in the format that we ask for. Deadlines work two ways and you will also be bound by any dates that we set together. You also agree to stick to the payment schedule set out at the end of this contract.
We will endeavor to meet all the deadlines set, but we can’t be responsible for a missed launch date or deadline if you have been late in supplying the necessary information at any stage.
You will not have direct access to your advert on our website. The information you wish to be added to your advert must be sent to us via email, ***************** where we will take the necessary steps to add it to our website. Any changes/updates can only be made once every quarter, updates should also be sent to us via email, **************. All information provided must be royalty-free and follow the appropriate laws, regulations and codes. We have the right to remove any content we deem to be unfit to present on our website.
In regards to your chosen package, your email(s) will only start being sent when your account is either paid in full or a payment has been received. If payment(s) are not received, to the dates on your receipt of statement, the entire of your unpaid balance will be due immediately. Overdue payments will be charged a rate of 1.75% per month, compound interest.
If it becomes necessary, we will continue to publish your account on our website, but you will waive your right to receive display marketing and directory listing. If it becomes required for legal guidance, e.g. a solicitor or agency, you will agree to pay reasonable fees and/or all other costs sustained. If you wish to reinstate your account there will be a £50.00 charge.
If it is found that you have disclosed or distributed any part of a ‘Bride List’ that we have supplied, we will not be responsible for any fines that may incur from this criminal act.
You must add our website link to your website within one month of the start of the contract – can add an icon for £50.00
As a business we know you will appreciate the importance of being paid on time and we have the same need and expectation. We therefore expect that you will honour the payment schedule. Any delay in payment may lead to you losing your online advert. If you wish to reinstate your account there will be a £50.00 charge. You will agree to pay a sum of £100.00 if our website link is not on your website within one month of the start of the contract. You agree to stick tight to the following payment schedule, which will be as follows, but may be revised based on further conversations between us. No receipts will be given for the deposits unless specifically requested by you.
100% payment to be received through BACS within 14 days of booking
Direct debit payments spread over 12 months, price will depend on your chosen package
Purchase Order or Purchase email attached
You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in the event and its marketing are either owned by your good selves, or that you have permission to use them.
But where is all the horrible small print?
Just like a parking ticket, you cannot transfer this contract to anyone else without our permission. This contract stays in place and need not renewed. If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place.
We have tried to make this contract as simple as possible so both sides know what to expect and how things will work which we hope you appreciate. However the terms and conditions specified are to be regarded in every way as a legal document.
Everyone should sign on the last page and keep a copy for their own records.
